◆Lesson Progression

1  Pre-lesson Invitation URL will be sent.

The staff will create a small group for the lesson and send you the ZOOM invitation URL in advance.

You can access this link at the scheduled lesson time.

2 Staff will facilitate the lesson.

At the lesson time, simply access the URL we sent you, and you'll be able to join the lesson group!

◆Flow from Reservation to Lesson

1.Submit Application

Submit your application through the form

2.Confirmation Email from Staff

The staff will confirm your preferred lesson date and time via email.

Receiving the ZOOM Link

You will receive an email with the ZOOM link for the lesson.

3.Access the Lesson

On the day of the lesson, click the link sent to you before the lesson start time.

4.Lesson Begins!

The lesson starts at the scheduled time.

◆Rules for the Korean Language School

Lesson Cancellations: Please be sure to contact the "Hiroba staff" by email to cancel any lessons before the day prior. Please refrain from directly discussing cancellations or changes with the instructor.

Same-Day Cancellations: Please avoid cancelling lessons on the day of the lesson if possible.

Contact Information Exchange: Instructors and students should not exchange personal contact information.

Please make all communication through the designated staff.
